Dave has extensive experience in the business world spending 30+ years in the banking business. That experience has translated well to the real estate industry as Partner of Trinity Realty and Trinity Home Loans.
Dave is an experienced real estate professional and has been a Partner at Trinity Realty since 2008. He is also a successful entrepreneur and has launched thriving businesses in the hemp industry.

Robert Singery, Realtor/Loan Manager
Robert has over 21 years of experience in Real Estate. His knowledge of Financing and extensive understanding of the industry allows him to navigate many aspects of a real estate transaction. From finding options in specialized Loan programs specifically tailored to fit his client’s needs all the way to understanding market trends for Sellers and Buyers. Robert has created a unique style and approach to dealing with various circumstances. One thing that Robert understands is not every client’s situation is the same and his dedication to his customers proves time and time again that he is doing what is right and in the best interest of the customer to create what he hopes to be lifelong clients by offering fair, competitive pricing with white gloves service.

Natalie Hope, Transaction Coordinator
Natalie has been with Trinity Realty for 25 years. She is a licensed Real Estate agent as well as a licensed Loan officer. Natalie spent the first few years of her career as an agent but soon realized she much more enjoyed the behind the scenes part of the process. Natalie drives the process forward to completion. She works hard for our clients to make sure the transaction goes as seamlessly as possible.
